OneB Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is used in conjunction with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Violating any of these policies and agreements grants the Company the authority to take action to restrict or terminate your access to Services.

This AUP governs the use of OneB free hosting as well as paid hosting. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your service. In the event of a dispute between you and OneB regarding the interpretation of this AUP, OneB’s reasonable commercial judgment shall govern. General Prohibitions

You may not use this site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the operation of this site. You may not publish the following via OneB’s services:

• Excessive violent content or any content that contains harassing stuff or hate speech.
• Content having unfair or deceptive thoughts under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction.
• Child pornography or any such explicit content.
• Content that creates a risk to public safety, national security or health or that compromises with an investigation by law enforcement.
• Content that violates a person's privacy.
• Content that promotes illegal drugs, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking etc.
• Content that is intended to assist others in breaching technical copyright protections.

System and Network Security

Violation of system or network security is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability as well as termination of services. The Company investigates all incidents involving such violation and will cooperate with law enforcement if a violation of the criminal law is suspected.

In addition, you may not use your account to breach the security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.

Bulk Commercial E-Mail

You have to obtain OneB’s approval for any bulk commercial e-mail, We will give our consent only when we are reasonably satisfied on the demonstration of the following points:

Compliance with Law

Customer shall not use Service or any other service or network to post, upload, transmit, retransmit, store, distribute or facilitate the distribution of any content, including without limitation text, communications, software, images, sounds, data or other information.

You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if a friend, family member, guest, agent or employee committed the inappropriate activity while using your account. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account.

Bulk Commercial E-Mail

You have to obtain OneB’s approval for any bulk commercial e-mail, We will give our consent only when we are reasonably satisfied on the demonstration of the following points:

• Your recipients have given you approval for sending them email via methods like opt-ins etc.
• You retain evidence of the recipient's consent in a form that may be promptly produced within 48 hours on request.
• You have necessary procedures in place that allow a recipient to easily revoke their consent.
• You may not obscure the source of your e-mail in any manner. Your e-mail must include the recipients e-mail address in the body of the message or in the "TO:" line of the e-mail; and
• You comply with the CAN SPAM Act and other applicable law.

Unsolicited E-Mail

You may not send any unsolicited e-mail in any form to any person who has indicated that they do not wish to receive it. You must comply with the rules of any other network you access or participate in using your OneB’s services.

Material Protected by Copyright

You may not publish, distribute, or otherwise copy in any manner any music, software, art, or other work protected by copyright law unless you have been authorized by the owner of the copyright work to copy that work in that manner.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyright is being infringed by a person using the OneB network, please send your written notice of copyright infringement to:

Internet Abuse

You may not engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behaviour, including:

• Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks (including those belonging to OneB and its customers) without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
• Monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without the authorization of the owner of the system or network.
• Interference with service of any user, host or network including mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.

Newsgroup, Chat Forums, Other Networks

You must comply with the rules and conventions for postings to any bulletin board, chat group or other forum in which you participate.
